This is by no means an exhaustive list but a list of "herb weeds" that are both food and medicine but is a list of commonly used and commonly found herbs growing wild in the Pacific NW. Don’t waste your time, energy (and expense) trying to get rid of them as you can use them!

Some may grow wild far from your homestead so you will want to encourage them to grow on your property or even in your garden. Make note in a garden journal where you wold grown herb weeds are but be sure not to over harvest.
