Sage Lake Farm
Sake Lake Farm Kigers
Under Construction - please be patient and check back soon! What’s in a name? We wanted to give our Kigers names that honored both their Iberian background as Spanish horses and their American background as Mustangs. We use our farm name at the beginning of each animal name, then we honor the native American tradition of naming the moons. We try to pick a moon name from the month of the horse’s birth that comes closest to their appearance or personality, and if that doesn’t fit , we use a Spanish or Portuguese name or word.
